Details & Storyline
Jacob, middle aged and unemployed, moves in with his elderly mother during the lockdown to protect her against the virus. As he roams the internet, searching for information, he falls under the spell of an internet conspiracy theorist who convinces him that the end of times is near.
A psychological thriller that takes dark turns very fast and shows how big happenings like a lockdown can take a toll on the mental well-being of a paranoid individual.
The film was financed with the 'Low Budget Realisation' of the Dutch Film Fund and co-produced with Film Events.
